After amendment by Pub. L. 117–81, section 1872(a)(10) of Pub. L. 116–283 instead transferred section 2419 to section 4959 of this title.

Amendments

2004—Subsec. (d). Pub. L. 108–375 substituted "$1,000,000" for "$500,000".

Effective Date of 2021 Amendment
