§ WL.7865. RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION. Said resolution shall set forth the proposed work, the amount of bonds to be issued to pay for same, their rate of interest and maturity dates, and shall embody therein a request to the commissioners court or courts to order an election in such counties to vote on such propositions and whether or not a tax shall be levied to provide for the interest and sinking fund for such bonds at a day specified in the resolution.
