§ WL.7863. CHANGE IN PLANS
CHANGE IN PLANS. If after an election has been held for the issuance of bonds, the directors shall consider it necessary to make any modification or change in any proposed improvements, they shall, with the concurrence of all the directors, be authorized to make such change.
