§ WL.7846. AUDIT AND REPORT
AUDIT AND REPORT. The directors shall annually require an audit to be made of the district records and accounts, at the time and in the manner provided for audits of Water Improvement Districts under Chapter 2 of this title, and on the first of January of each year they shall make and file a report of the condition of the district affairs and other data required of directors of Water Improvement Districts.
