§ WL.7836. COUNTY OFFICERS
COUNTY OFFICERS: COMPENSATION. Unless otherwise provided, the duties and powers herein conferred upon the county judges and members of the commissioners court, and other officers are made a part of the regular duties of said officials, which they shall render and perform without additional compensation, and the county clerk shall receive the same compensation for his services hereunder as provided for similar services under Chapter 2 hereof.
