§ WA.65.203. SOLID WASTE
SOLID WASTE. A district may collect solid waste and may purchase, construct, acquire, own, operate, maintain, repair, improve, and extend a solid waste collection and disposal system inside and outside the district and may make proper charges for its facilities or services provided by the system.
