§ WA.63.341. RULES AND REGULATIONS
RULES AND REGULATIONS. The commission may adopt any necessary rules, regulations, and orders, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the chapter relating to assessments, reassessments, and the collection of assessments.
