§ WA.63.162. DISTRICT ORDER FOR IMPROVEMENTS

DISTRICT ORDER FOR IMPROVEMENTS. If the commission considers it in the best interest for the district to exercise the powers granted by Section 63.153 of this code or if the commission finds that additional improvements to those originally planned or constructed are necessary for navigation of or in aid of navigation of any river, creek, stream, bay, canal, or waterway, the commission shall make this finding in an order entered in the minutes and shall direct the engineer to make an estimate showing the character and cost of the improvements.
