§ WA.63.154. AUTHORITY TO GO ON LAND

AUTHORITY TO GO ON LAND. The commission and the district engineer, together with all necessary teams, help, tools, instruments, implements, and machinery, may go on any land inside the district to examine the land and make plans, surveys, maps, and profiles without subjecting themselves to action for trespass.
