§ WA.62.311. HEARING BY ANNEXING DISTRICT

HEARING BY ANNEXING DISTRICT. After the certification of the election result, and after five days' notice in some newspaper published inside the annexing district, the annexing district shall conduct a public hearing to determine whether or not it would be a benefit to the annexing district to annex the adjacent county.
