§ WA.62.306. DISSOLUTION OF ANNEXED DISTRICT
DISSOLUTION OF ANNEXED DISTRICT. From and after the entry of the order annexing the district, the annexed district shall be dissolved. All powers previously vested in the annexed district and the commission of the annexed district shall be vested, respectively, in the annexing district and the commission of the annexing district. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
