§ WA.62.300. AUTHORITY TO ANNEX OTHER DISTRICTS

AUTHORITY TO ANNEX OTHER DISTRICTS. Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, a district created under Article XVI, Section 59 , of the Texas Constitution may be annexed and become a part of another adjacent district created under the general law in the same manner as provided in Sections 62.292-62.299 of this code.
