§ WA.62.205. APPROVAL OF REFUNDING BONDS BY ATTORNEY GENERAL

APPROVAL OF REFUNDING BONDS BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. The refunding bonds shall be submitted to the attorney general for approval and shall be registered by the comptroller in the same manner and with the same effect as is now provided by law for the approval and registration of municipal bonds.
