§ WA.62.194. ORDER FOR BONDS AND TAX

ORDER FOR BONDS AND TAX. If on the canvass of the vote it is determined that a majority of the votes cast at the election were in favor of the issuance of bonds and levy of tax, the commissioners court shall issue an order directing the issuance of the bonds and the levy of a tax.
