§ WA.60.337. APPROVAL OF CONVERTED OR SUBSTITUTED BONDS

APPROVAL OF CONVERTED OR SUBSTITUTED BONDS. When bonds are approved by the attorney general and registered by the comptroller as prescribed in Section 60.345 of this code, it shall not be necessary to obtain the approval of the attorney general or registration by the comptroller of converted or substituted bonds. Added by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 770, ch. 343, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 27, 1973.
