§ WA.60.272. DEPOSITORY BOND
DEPOSITORY BOND. The depository shall have all the powers and duties in the execution of a depository bond and in pledging of collateral in lieu of or in addition to a personal surety or surety company bond as provided by law for a county depository. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
