§ WA.60.013. ELIGIBILITY FOR OTHER PENSION FUNDS
ELIGIBILITY FOR OTHER PENSION FUNDS. The recipients or beneficiaries of a fund created under Section 60.011 of this code shall not be eligible for any other pension retirement funds or direct aid from the State of Texas unless the fund provided for in Section 60.011 of this code is released to the State of Texas as a condition precedent to receiving the other pension aid.
