§ WA.56.126. CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND IMPROVEMENTS. When the board determines that a necessity exists, it may make changes in, additions to, and improvements in the drainage system of the district and shall pay for the changes, additions, and improvements with funds collected under the provisions of Section 56.242 of this code. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 510, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
