§ WA.56.013. AREA INCLUDED IN A DISTRICT

AREA INCLUDED IN A DISTRICT. A district may include all or part of any village, town, or municipal corporation, but land included in one district may not be included in any other drainage district. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 498, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
