§ WA.55.037. DIRECTORS
DIRECTORS. The commissioners court shall declare the five persons receiving the most votes to be elected directors. If not all five positions can be determined because of a tie vote, the commissioners court shall fill the necessary positions by selecting among the tying candidates. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 431, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
