§ WA.55.025. DATE SET FOR HEARING
DATE SET FOR HEARING. The commissioners court shall set a date for a hearing on the petition, to be held at a regular or special session not less than 15 days nor more than 40 days after the day the petition is presented. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 429, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
