§ WA.54.738. JUDICIAL REVIEW OF BOARD'S ORDER

JUDICIAL REVIEW OF BOARD'S ORDER. The board's decree to dissolve the district may be judicially reviewed in the manner set forth in Sections 54.708-54.710 of this code for the review of an order excluding land from the district. Added by Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 812, ch. 84, Sec. 1.
