§ WA.54.240. NOTICE
NOTICE. The commission shall give notice of the petition to persons who the commission determines may be affected by the petition, including: (1) the board; (2) the owners of land within the district; and (3) the ratepayers of the district who are served by the facilities that are the subject of the petition. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 1036, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
