§ WA.51.835. DISTRICT DISSOLVED

DISTRICT DISSOLVED. If a majority of those voting at the election vote in favor of dissolving the district, the district shall be dissolved and shall have no further authority after the election, except that any debts incurred shall be paid and the organization shall be maintained until all the debts are paid.
