§ WA.51.785. JUDICIAL REVIEW OF BOARD'S ORDER
JUDICIAL REVIEW OF BOARD'S ORDER. The board's decree to continue or to dissolve the district shall be final and cannot be judicially reviewed except on the ground of fraud, palpable error, or gross abuse of discretion. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 378, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
