§ WA.51.538. ELECTION REQUIRED
ELECTION REQUIRED. Taxes levied, bonds issued, and indebtedness incurred by a district operating under Sections 51.533-51.538 of this code are subject to the provisions of the constitution and this chapter which require an election to authorize tax levies, bonds, and indebtedness.
