§ WA.5.605. STATE AGENCY PARTICIPATION

STATE AGENCY PARTICIPATION. (a) The following state agencies shall participate and provide assistance to the estuary programs in implementing approved comprehensive conservation and management plans: (1) the General Land Office; (2) the Parks and Wildlife Department; (3) the Texas Department of Transportation; (4) the Railroad Commission of Texas; (5) the State Soil and Water Conservation Board; (6) the Texas Water Development Board; and (7) the Texas Department of Health. (b) Other state agencies may participate as necessary or convenient. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 287, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1999.
