§ WA.5.585. SECURITY AT PUBLIC MEETING OR PUBLIC HEARING
SECURITY AT PUBLIC MEETING OR PUBLIC HEARING. The commission may request that an applicant for a permit that is the subject of a public meeting or public hearing provide uniformed security at the meeting or hearing sufficient to provide for the safety of all attendees and orderly conduct at the meeting or hearing. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1102 (S.B. 1397 ), Sec. 12, eff. September 1, 2023.
