§ WA.36.326. HEARING ON PETITION
HEARING ON PETITION. The board by order shall set the time and place of separate hearings on the petition to include the territory in the district. At least one hearing shall be held in the existing district and one hearing shall be held in the territory to be added. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
