§ WA.36.120. INFORMATION
INFORMATION. On request of the executive director or the executive administrator, the district shall make available information that it acquires concerning the groundwater resources within its jurisdiction. The district shall also provide information to the commission and Texas Water Development Board concerning its plans and activities in conserving and protecting groundwater resources. On request of a district, the executive director and the executive administrator shall provide information they acquire concerning the groundwater resources within the district's jurisdiction. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
