§ WA.36.115. DRILLING OR ALTERING WELL WITHOUT PERMIT
DRILLING OR ALTERING WELL WITHOUT PERMIT. (a) No person, firm, or corporation may drill a well without first obtaining a permit from the district. (b) No person, firm, or corporation may alter the size of a well or well pump such that it would bring that well under the jurisdiction of the district without first obtaining a permit from the district. (c) No person, firm, or corporation may operate a well without first obtaining a permit from the district. (d) A violation occurs on the first day the drilling, alteration, or operation begins and continues each day thereafter until the appropriate permits are approved.
