§ WA.29.033. EFFECTIVE DATE OF RULES

EFFECTIVE DATE OF RULES. No rule or amendment to a rule is effective until after the 30-day period immediately following the day on which a copy of the rule is filed with the Secretary of State. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977; Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 5264, ch. 967, Sec. 12, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
