§ WA.26.025. HEARINGS ON STANDARDS
HEARINGS ON STANDARDS; NOTICE TO WHOM. (a) The commission shall provide notice of a hearing under Section 26.024 of this code by publishing the notice in the Texas Register. (b) In addition to the requirements of Subsection (a) of this section, the commission shall also provide notice to each of the following that the commission believes may be affected: (1) each local government whose boundary is contiguous to the water in question or whose boundaries contain all or part of the water, or through whose boundaries the water flows; and (2) the holders of permits from the commission to discharge waste into or adjacent to the water in question.
