§ WA.17.880. SALE OF SECURITIES

SALE OF SECURITIES. (a) Loans, bonds of political subdivisions, and other obligations owned by the state and deposited in the fund or in the interest and sinking fund are considered to be securities under this subchapter. (b) The board may sell securities owned in the interest and sinking fund or in any account in the fund at the governing market price. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1103, Sec. 1, eff.
