§ WA.17.075. ADMINISTRATIVE FUND

ADMINISTRATIVE FUND. The Texas Water Development Board Administrative Fund, referred to as the "administrative fund," is a special fund in the State Treasury. From sources specified in this chapter, money shall be credited to this fund in amounts sufficient to pay the administrative expenses of the board as authorized by legislative appropriation.
