§ WA.15.312. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. The board may execute contracts with the United States and with state agencies and political subdivisions and with others to the extent authorized for the development and operation of recreational facilities at any project in which the state has acquired an interest. Income received by the board under these contracts shall be deposited in the water assistance fund. Added by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff. Nov. 10, 1981.
