§ WA.15.213. REFUNDING BONDS
REFUNDING BONDS. Without the express written consent of the board, insurance provided by the board under this subchapter shall not extend to refunding bonds issued to replace bonds that have been insured by the board. The board may give its consent under procedures provided by its rules. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 133, Sec. 2.05.
