§ WA.11.314. HEARING ON CONTEST

HEARING ON CONTEST; NOTICE. After the time for filing contests has expired, the commission shall prepare a notice setting forth the part of the preliminary determination to which each contest is directed and the time and place of a hearing on the contest. The notice shall be sent to each claimant of water rights within the river basin in which the stream or segment is located, to the extent that the claimants can be reasonably ascertained from the records of the commission. The hearing shall be conducted as provided in Section 11.337 of this code. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
