§ UT.55.025. HUNTING SERVICE

HUNTING SERVICE. (a) A local exchange company shall make available, at a reasonable tariffed rate, hunting service from local exchange lines to extended metropolitan service lines. (b) The company may not require a customer to purchase additional extended metropolitan service to obtain the hunting service. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
