§ UT.53.307. COMPLIANCE WITH PRINCIPLES

COMPLIANCE WITH PRINCIPLES; REDUCED RATES. A rate established under this subchapter must be in accordance with the rate-setting principles of this chapter, except that a company may provide to its board members, officers, employees, or agents free or reduced rates for services.
