§ UT.52.204. RATE FOR DEREGULATED SERVICE
RATE FOR DEREGULATED SERVICE. If the price of a service in a geographic market is deregulated under this subchapter, the incumbent local exchange company or holder of a certificate of operating authority may set the rate for the service at any level higher than the service's long run incremental cost. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
