§ UT.161.004. CERTAIN CORPORATE NAMES PROHIBITED
CERTAIN CORPORATE NAMES PROHIBITED. A corporation organized under the laws of this state or authorized to do business in this state may not use the words "electric cooperative" in the corporation's name unless the corporation is organized under this chapter. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
