§ TX.351.161. APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW

APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW. This subchapter may not be construed as authorizing the taking of private property for economic development purposes in a manner inconsistent with the requirements of Section 17 , Article I, Texas Constitution, or Section 2206.001 , Government Code.
