§ TX.23.11. GOVERNMENTAL ACTION THAT CONSTITUTES TAKING

GOVERNMENTAL ACTION THAT CONSTITUTES TAKING. In appraising private real property, the effect of a governmental action on the market value of private real property as determined in a suit or contested case filed under Chapter 2007 , Government Code, shall be taken into consideration by the chief appraiser in determining the market value of the property.
