§ TN.91.073. GRANTS AND LOANS

GRANTS AND LOANS. The department may apply for, accept, and expend money from grants, loans, or reimbursements for any purpose of this chapter, including paying for the cost of the acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation of a rail facility or system.
