§ TN.623.383. SURETY BOND
SURETY BOND. The commission may require the City of Laredo to execute, at its own expense, a surety bond payable to the Texas Department of Transportation in an amount of not less than $500,000 for costs of maintenance for the roadways described by Section 623.382 (a). Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 870 (H.B. 2861 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
