§ TN.623.367. SPEED LIMIT

SPEED LIMIT. Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter may not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. A violation of this provision constitutes a moving violation. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 635 (H.B. 474 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2013.
