§ TN.543.201. CONVICTION REPORTED TO DEPARTMENT
CONVICTION REPORTED TO DEPARTMENT. Each magistrate or judge of a court not of record and each clerk of a court of record shall keep a record of each case in which a person is charged with a violation of law regulating the operation of vehicles on highways.
