§ TN.504.942. LOG LOADER VEHICLES
LOG LOADER VEHICLES; PENALTIES. A vehicle operated in violation of Section 504.506 is considered to be operated or moved while unregistered and is immediately subject to the applicable fees and penalties prescribed by this chapter. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357 ), Sec. 221, eff. January 1, 2012.
