§ TN.460.503. BOND TERMS
BOND TERMS. The bonds of an authority are fully negotiable. An authority may make the bonds redeemable before maturity. The terms and conditions of authority bonds are subject to rules adopted by the board of directors. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1186, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
